All orders placed before 12:00 are delivered to the different shipping companies on the same day, as long as the products are in stock, unless they are placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. In this way, FRANCESC G\u00c1LVEZ HERRERA does not assume any responsibility for when the delivery of the product is not made as a result of the data provided by the user being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery can not be made for reasons other than the sending or postal service company, assigned for this purpose, as is the absence of the recipient. No items are sent to post offices.
Notwithstanding the above, FRANCESC G\u00c1LVEZ HERRERA must take the necessary measures to a diligent trader so that delivery can be made within the agreed time, and if not, as soon as possible, will intervene in favor of the recipient, providing solutions and making timely claims for the delivery to be effective.
