MERCHANT DELIVERY POLICY

All orders placed before 12:00 are delivered to the different shipping companies on the same day, as long as the products are in stock, unless they are placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. In these cases, orders will be delivered to the transport company on the first working day following the day of completion.
Delivery times depend on the chosen form of payment.

Please note that the deadlines indicated are calculated on working days and may be affected by local or national holidays, or by extraordinary causes, health, weather or otherwise.

FRANCESC GÁLVEZ HERRERA negotiates with the different agencies, with the intention of getting the best prices for our clients, shipping is always paid for.

Delivery of orders will be made to the delivery address freely designated by the user. In this way, FRANCESC GÁLVEZ HERRERA does not assume any responsibility for when the delivery of the product is not made as a result of the data provided by the user being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery can not be made for reasons other than the sending or postal service company, assigned for this purpose, as is the absence of the recipient. No items are sent to post offices.
Notwithstanding the above, FRANCESC GÁLVEZ HERRERA must take the necessary measures to a diligent trader so that delivery can be made within the agreed time, and if not, as soon as possible, will intervene in favor of the recipient, providing solutions and making timely claims for the delivery to be effective.
